Not only does it work, the antibacterial properties of garlic also boost immunity. How to use it: Mix half a teaspoon of garlic, one cup of milk and four cups of water and boil it. Boil it till one-fourth of the mixture remains.

Drink this mixture three times a day. You can also drink garlic juice by mixing it in hot milk. Do not drink water after this. Boil garlic in hot milk. 

It is helpful in and also gives relief from fever and cough. How to use: Mash a ripe banana and mix it in a cup of coconut water. After this add curd and honey to it. Eat it twice a day. Make raw banana juice and drink it daily. Banana stem juice can also be made and drunk. Amla has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

When one-third of the water is left, then filter it and add sugar powder to it. Add cardamom and cinnamon to this drink twice a day. Black pepper
